intro|video is very conscious of our client’s privacy and aims to keep all information about our customers private. Here’s a brief synopsis of our policies concerning customer data.

1. intro|video does not sell or permit the sale of any personal information of our clients. This information includes Name, Address, Email Address, Telephone number, or any Payment type or other Payment information.
2. intro|video does collect information that aids in the speed of development and deployment of its site and product, information regarding video views and other metrics associated with the final videos and their distribution. intro|video does not sell or distribute this information to entities outside of intro|video. Metrics regarding video views and other data are made available to the client to the extent possible as permitted by the hosting entity. 
3. Finale video or other IV products may be used in promotional material for intro|video purposes unless client/users request otherwise.
